Apartment 2 is the largest of the one bedroom residences at The Eccleston and the only one at street level. A reception and dining room of nearly twenty feet by sixteen runs across the front of the building under a bay window, with a separate kitchen off it. The bedroom is almost the same size again, with an en-suite bathroom and a cloakroom off the hall.
Ceilings here are 2.67m, the highest in the building, which gives the rooms a proportion the upper floors do not have.
The Eccleston is a mansion block on Eccleston Place, on the southern edge of Belgravia between Elizabeth Street and Eccleston Yards. A lift serves every floor and entry is by smart lock, with check-in details issued before arrival and a team available throughout the stay.
Belgravia is the quietest of the central districts, a grid of white stucco terraces and garden squares laid out in the 1820s and still almost entirely residential. Victoria is a few minutes on foot, Sloane Square about ten, and the Gatwick Express runs from Victoria to the airport in around thirty minutes.
The residence is let fully furnished and equipped, with utilities, council tax, high-speed Wi-Fi and housekeeping included. Beds are handmade Hypnos with hotel-grade linen, the kitchen has an ARRO espresso machine, and the bathrooms are stocked with Anatome amenities.
