Kyle’s career spans prime London residential agency, international new homes sales across the Middle East and Asia, and senior roles at a leading prime London agency and a major global property advisory. He brings fifteen years of transactional expertise and a network built at the highest levels of the London and international property markets.

Kyle founded GPO London in 2023 with a clear purpose: to provide a genuinely different kind of advisory, one that could serve both private clients requiring the utmost discretion and institutional clients requiring the financial rigour to structure and close complex transactions.

Alex leads GPO London’s capital advisory and investment work, from initial mandate through to financial close. He focuses on investment analysis, capital structuring and the sourcing of opportunities for family offices, private clients and institutional capital, across residential, operational and commercial assets.

He has worked in property since 2009, beginning in residential lettings and management before moving into investment, and has spent the years since on the principal side as well as the advisory one, running an investment business and leading a social housing group delivering temporary and supported accommodation. He assesses planning, operational and execution risk as someone who has had to deliver as well as fund.
